Visibility Coach + Community Curator
HI, I'M RHI,
I'm a Visibility Coach and Community Curator, and I've spent over a decade helping women show up in the world: at events, in front of a room, in the scroll, and increasingly, in the quieter work of figuring out who they actually are underneath it all. From live television to editorial shoots, to one-on-one coaching sessions, I've learned that the most powerful thing any woman can do is simply be, unmistakably, herself.
That belief is at the heart of everything I do.
I grew up immersed in creativity. My parents owned an art gallery for 25 years, so colour, expression, and storytelling were always part of my world. That love of the arts led me to study Drama, join the cast of FAME the Musical, and later play Miss Hippy in the much-loved Basil Brush TV Show (Boom Boom!). It also laid the foundation for everything I've built since.
I started blogging about fashion and lifestyle in 2012, and what began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a career I couldn't have scripted. I became a TV presenter, a QVC host appearing weekly across the UK, France and Italy, a London Fashion Week insider, a panelist on Jeremy Vine, and a brand partner to names like Dior, Clarins, The Ivy, John Lewis, and The White Company. Along the way, I built a brand of my own and learned exactly what it takes to make one work.
In 2017, a partnership with Olympus Camera opened a new door, and I fell completely in love with photography. What started as a creative obsession became a real part of my story, capturing the brands and people I believe in, and helping them see themselves the way their audience should. Photography is still part of my journey, and it's something I bring back in later for clients who want it, as a natural next step once we've done the coaching or speaking work together.
But the thread running underneath all of it, the presenting, the branding, the photography, was always the same question: what does it actually take for someone to feel like themselves, and show up as that person with confidence? That question is what's led me to where I am now.
Today, my focus is visibility: helping women feel seen, and be seen, in their work and their life. As a coach, I help women find clarity, confidence and direction, whether that's navigating running a business, rebuilding self-belief, or simply remembering who they were before the world asked them to become someone else.
Alongside coaching, I speak on visibility, confidence and personal branding, helping women entrepreneurs, leaders and creatives translate who they are into a brand that actually lands.
I also curate Wild + Gathered, a women's community built on connection through supper clubs, sauna socials, creative experiences, sound baths and retreats.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT ME...
Long before personal branding became a buzzword, I was building it. I ran a social media agency over a decade ago, back when brands were still figuring out what Instagram even was. That experience gave me a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to grow an audience, build a community, and turn content into real business results. It's why I don't just teach strategy. I've lived it, tested it, and refined it over years of real-world work.
Wellbeing isn't a side note in my life, it's the foundation everything else is built on. My days are shaped by ritual: journaling, gratitude, and moments of intention and manifestation before the world asks anything of me. I'm a Reiki and Sound Practitioner, I practise breathwork, and I make space for time in nature, forest bathing, cacao ceremonies, and retreats whenever I can, not as occasional treats, but as non-negotiables. Taking that time for myself isn't indulgent, it's what allows me to show up fully for everyone else. It's exactly why I started Wild + Gathered, a community built on the belief that women grow more when they take that time together, not alone. It's become a quiet thread through everything I do: this belief that real confidence and real change come from feeling balanced from the inside out, not just looking polished on the outside.
Mentoring students in the creative industries is something I return to again and again, because I remember what it felt like to be at the start, full of potential but unsure of the path. I want every young creative I work with to feel seen, supported, and certain that their talent has a place in this industry. I truly believe the future of the creative world lies with them, and investing in that feels like one of the most meaningful things I can do.
Travel has been part of my story since before I can remember. My father was a Captain in the Merchant Navy, which meant I was lucky enough to experience the world from a young age: not as a tourist, but as someone who absorbed it. The warmth of an African safari, the still white tranquillity of Santorini, the richness of Asia with its food, its smells, its textures and its culture. Travel didn't just broaden my horizons; it shaped the way I see, feel, and coach.
Before I ever picked up a camera professionally, my first job out of university was in live events. I spent those early years bringing immersive sets to life for Bond and Harry Potter screenings, training front-of-house teams at the Olympic Velopark, and creating brand activations for the likes of MINI and GAP, even herding a giant chicken around Downing Street once. It taught me something I still carry with me: that showing up fully looks the same everywhere, whether you're on a stage, in front of a camera, or helping someone else find theirs.
A lifetime of creating, connecting, and showing up fully has led me here. To work that is genuinely, entirely mine. I don't believe in cookie-cutter strategies, borrowed aesthetics, or generic advice. I believe in finding the thing that is uniquely, unmistakably you, and building everything from there. If you're ready to do that, I'd love to be part of it.
