A monthly membership for women who are ready to be seen in their business, and would rather not do it alone. Two hours with me on Zoom every month, a group that keeps you honest in between, and a seat at the table at Wild + Gathered. Ten founding places at £135 a month.

Here's what I've noticed after a decade of this work. It's rarely the strategy that's missing. Most women I work with know what they should be doing. What's missing is someone expecting them to do it, a room to bring it back to, and the honest conversation about what got in the way.

That's what the Club is. Not another thing to keep up with, but a monthly rhythm that keeps you moving, with women who are building alongside you.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE...

No portal to log into, no library of videos to get through. Just a rhythm you can genuinely keep, month after month.

01.

Your monthly session

Two hours together on Zoom, the first Wednesday of every month, 10am to 12pm. Part teaching, part working session, part hot-seat if you want it. You'll leave with something made, not just noted.

02.

Your monthly task

One thing to do before we meet again, sized to fit around a real business and specific enough that you can't quietly shelve it.

03.

The group

A private WhatsApp group for everything in between. Share the draft, ask the question, admit you haven't started yet. Women who are expecting you to show up, and I'm in there too.

04.

Your monthly check-in

A check-in with me, away from the teaching, to talk honestly about what got in the way and what you actually pulled off. Wins get celebrated properly here, because most of us are far too quick to skip past them.

Shaped Around you, Not a syllabus

Every month has the same focus: building your visibility. What changes is the angle. Every session starts with where the group actually is, so these are the themes I'll be guiding us through over the first six months, but the order and the depth are shaped by what you bring into the room.

Where you're seen at the moment, where you're not, and the one gap that's quietly costing you the most. We start here so everything that follows has a point.

02.

Your message

What you actually do, in words a stranger could repeat to a friend. Then how it lives in the world: the version on your website, your social media, and the one that lands in an inbox. The same message, all unmistakably you.

03.

Your face on the feed

Getting you, not your logo, in front of people. Real, practical tactics for confidence on camera: how to stand, where to look, your voice and your nerves, and how to get a take you'll actually post, without the fifteen retakes.

04.

Content that compounds

Strategies for spending less time creating and more time running your business. A way of making content that doesn't restart from nothing every Monday: fewer, better, repeatable, and made in one sitting rather than every day.

05.

Seen by the right people

Visibility that turns into business. Who your customer actually is, where they find you, and what they see at every step, from the first glance at your profile to the moment they book. We map your customer journey and close the gaps where people are quietly dropping out.

06.

The review

Three months in, we look honestly at what's moved, celebrate it properly, and decide what's next for you: keep going, change direction, or take what you've built and run with it.

"You already are the brand. I just help you see it."

I'm Rhiannon. I've spent over a decade helping women show up in the world: at events, in front of a room, in the scroll, and increasingly in the quieter work of figuring out who they actually are underneath it all.

I spent the first half of my career in front of the camera, from dancing in Fame the Musical, to presenting weekly on QVC across the UK, France and Italy, to The Basil Brush Show and holding my own on the sofa next to Jeremy Vine. Then I moved behind it. I've worked as a content creator with brands like Dior, Clarins and The White Company, and as a creative director for agencies, which means I've sat in the rooms where it's decided who gets seen and why. I know what a brand is genuinely looking for, and I know how much of it comes down to whether you look like you belong in the frame.

The Club is the version of my coaching I've wanted to run for a long time. Less one-off, more ongoing. A small group, a monthly rhythm, and a community I already host, all in one place, so that being seen stops being something you brace for and starts being something you simply do.

FOUNDING WAITLIST

The Club opens in January with ten founding places at £135 a month, and that rate stays yours for as long as you're a member. Get on the list and you'll be the first to hear when the doors open, before I mention it anywhere else. Once the founding places are gone, membership is £150 a month.

Founding members also get a 30-minute one-to-one with me before our first session in January, so we start knowing exactly where you're headed.

Investment

Your Visibility Club membership is £135 a month for the first 10 founding members, and £150 a month after that.

Or pay for the year: £1,350 for founding members, £1,500 after that. That's two months free against paying monthly, one payment, twelve sessions, eight gatherings, and nothing to think about on the first of the month.

Minimum commitment: three months for monthly members, because nothing worth having changes in one. After the initial term, you can continue on a monthly rolling basis with 30 days' notice. Annual members are in for the year.

Payment: your first month's payment is taken when you reserve your place, before January, as a holding deposit that secures your seat and counts as January's membership. From then on it's monthly by direct debit, taken on the 1st of each month, starting 1 February 2027. Annual by bank transfer or card before our first session.

When we meet

The first Wednesday of every month, 10am to 12pm, on Zoom. Our first session is Wednesday 6 January 2027, then 3 February, 3 March, 7 April, 5 May, 2 June, and so on through the year.

How big is the group?

Intimate. Small enough that I know what you're working on, and what you said you'd do last month.

Can't make a session?

Sessions are recorded for members, and your task, your check-in and the group carry on regardless.

Not in Dorset?

The sessions, the task and the group work from anywhere. The gatherings are yours to use whenever you can get to the coast, and honestly, they're worth the trip.
